The S command supplies the timer and starts the time count. When t time has elapsed, C1 delayed contact changes over and after approximately 1/60 of the full-scale value (top), C2 delayed contact changes over. The timer returns to its set point any time that the power is disconnected for at least 0.3 seconds.
