18 VISUALIZZATORE DI QUOTE A TRE ASSI DIMENSIONS DISPLAY WITH THREE AXIS DREIACHSEN-MESSWERTANZEIGE A3X Lo strumento A3X è un contatore multifunzione mono-bidirezionale programmabile a tre assi che viene utilizzato come visualizzatore con segnali provenienti da trasduttori incrementali (encoder, righe ottiche, banda magnetica, sensori di prosssimità ecc.), su display a 6 cifre con segno, (scala di lettura -99999 +999999). L’impostazione di tutti i parametri che regolano il funzionamento dello strumento, avviene mediante quattro tasti disposti sul frontale. Altre caratteristiche:il fattore di correzione degli impulsi in ingresso, attivazione di 2 relè per ogni asse, reset/preset della quota da tastiera e da morsettiera. E’ possibile configurare lo strumento e verificarne lo stato attraverso interfaccia seriale RS485 con protocollo MODBUS. Tali peculiarità, unite ad un costo contenuto, rendono lo strumento A3X la soluzione ideale per tutti i casi nei quali occorre visualizzare la posizione su macchine a tre assi (levigatrici, frese, ecc.). • Versioni: A3X- solo visualizzato, A3X-2 con 2 interventi a relé in scambio ogni asse, A3X-RS485 con uscita seriale ogni asse. The A3X instrument is a programmable mono-bidirectional multifunction counter with three axes that is used to display a position with signals coming from incremental transducers (encoders, optical lines, magnetic band, proximity sensors, etc.) on 6-digit displays, (reading scale -99999 +999999). The setting of all the parameters that regulate the tool operating may be carried out through the four keys that are located on the front panel. Other features: input pulses correction factor, enabling of 2 relays per every axis, reset/preset of the dimension from the keyboard and from the terminal box. It is possible to set-up the instrument and to check its status through the serial interface RS485 with MODBUS protocol. These features, together with a low cost, make the A3X display extremely versatile and suitable to many different applications: the ideal solution for all the cases in which it is necessary to display the position on machines with three axes (honing machine, milling machine, etc.). • Versions: A3X- only displayed, A3X-2 with 2 switch relay interventions per every axis ; A3X-RS485 with serial output per every axis. Die Messanzeige der Serie A3X ist eine Mikroprozessor gesteuerte 3-Achs-Universalanzeige mit Inkrementaleingang (Impulsgeber, Magnetsensor) zur Weg- und Winkelmessung. Der Anzeigebereich reicht von –99999 - +999999. Die Eichung und die Programmierung erfolgen ganz einfach frontseitig über vier Tasten. Durch Verwendung eines Mikroprozessors und dem Einsatz moderner Techniken zur Impulszählung werden mit diesem Gerät präzise Messergebnisse hinsichtlich Eichung, Auflösung, Stabilität, Messgeschwindigkeit erreicht. Wichtige Funktionen wie absolut/relativ Mass, Offsetwert, Reset/Preset, freie und einfache Parametrierung verleihen dem Einsatz in Fräs- und Schleifmaschinen besondere Unterstützung zur exakten und rationellen Produktion. Der Messwert kann mit 2 Grenzwertkontakten pro Achse über Relais und LED´s visualisiert und überwacht werden.
