BasicLine fittings offer a secure solution for every connection. The convenient push-in fitting system includes three types: straight, elbow and tee. Just Plug In The stainless steel retaining ring within the fitting holds the tubing securely without damaging its surface. Vibration and pressure surges are safely absorbed. The tubing can be detached easily by pressing down the gray release ring. For your convenience, the appropriate outside tubing diameter is marked on the release ring. Reliable Connections An NBR rubber sealing ring guaranteesa perfect seal between standard O.D. tubing and the body of the fitting. The connected standard O.D. tubing is suitable for use with compressed air and vacuum(Types PUN/PU). Elbow and tee fittings can be turned a full 360°. Tapered ISO R and NPT Self Sealing Threads The tapered ISO R and NPTthreads havea self-sealing coating, which allows the fitting to be used several times without the need for additional sealing components. UNF and Metric Threads 10-32 UNF and M5 threads use a sealing ring.
