The supercooled parts can be inserted without effortinto the housing bore. Ensure that the parts to be mounted are correctly aligned, especially where large parts are involved.Sliding bearings can be cemented in the housing asan additional protection against rotation or displacement during operation. Installation of thrust washers

® thrust washers should be located on theoutside diameter in a recess as shown in Fig. 7.2.1. If there is no recess for the thrust washer one of the following methods of fixing may be used: • Two locking pins • Two screws • Adhesive • Soldering
