ILICONE RUBBER HEATERS S°!utions
Group
Our silicone rubber heaters are etched, flexible heating elements to fit a wide array of heating needs.
Applications
Materials and Construction: Etched Heaters
Silicone rubber heaters can be used anywhere that a flexible heater with excellent contact for heat transfer is desired. They can be made to almost any size and shape, which makes them particularly useful for applications like medical, food, and electronics warming.
Silicone rubber heaters can be customized for specific applications. Lead placement, cutouts, and pressure sensitive adhesive are just a few of the ways silicone rubber heaters can be tailored to a customer's needs.
Applications already using silicone rubber heaters include:
Fiberglass-calendared silicone rubber sheets
Inconel resistor is chemically etched to generate
specified heat profile
Lead wire is U.L. and C.S.A. approved
UL approved
