Cartridge HeatersTechnical Specification—All Cartridge Types Wattage tolerance: +5%, -10% Resistance tolerance: +10%, -5% Voltages available: 240V, 220V or 120V. Other voltages available, please ask factory for details. Max operating temp: 871o C (1600 o F) Length tolerance: + / - 2% or 3.2 mm ( 1 / 8 ”), whichever is greater. Camber tolerance: 1.7mm per meter (0.020” per foot). Hole size: As a general guideline, we recommend that the hole in which to fit a Hi-Temp cartridge is a reamed hole of diameter equal to the nominal diameter of the cartridge. Options n Moisture & water resistant seals available. n Circlip designs available to aid cartridge location. n Please contact the factory for details on additional diameters to those mentioned in this catalogue, including 14mm and 15mm. n Flanges / Washers / Stop Ends available. n All cartridges available with earth wire and thermocouples.
