Safe-Air Hoses

Developed to compliment Factair’s range of Mobile Breathing Air Compressors and Safe Air Cabinets,as well as a range of other breathing-air systems, Factair’s Safe-Air hose range provides the bestpossible protection for operatives working in hazardous environments. SAH Range Designed in accordance with the requirements of EN270 and EN14594 Factair’s Safe-Air range ofbreathing-air hoses are anti static and fully meet the 1000 Newton class B standard. The Safe-Air Hoserange is type tested to kink, pull and crush testcriteria to ensure its pressure integrity and strength.The tough but flexible 10mm internal and 16mmouter diameter hose features an innovative hytrellining, which will not support microbiological growth.Fitted with a CEJN plug and socket the hoses are available in 10, 20 and 30m lengths as standard aswell as 10 and 18m self-retracting hosereel options.The merging of polyester elastomer by co-extrusionwith the PVC in the manufacture of the Safe-AirHose offers distinct advantages over conventional hose, which includes a very low odour level evenafter being stored for extended periods. The easy toclean PVC outer cover allows the hose to be used ina variety of applications.
