BA7E 110v Breathing Air Compressor

Designed for operation from a 110 volt, 32ampsingle phase power supply the BA7E is idealfor operation both inside buildings and on site.The compact unit provides a steady pulse-freesupply of compressed breathing-air at up to 7-bar (100 psi), with an output sufficient for oneoperative wearing a positive pressure mask.The BA7E incorporates an Atlas-Copco LE15-10 twin cylinder reciprocating compressor,which is driven by a 2.2kW TEFV IP55 motor.The compressed air generated is passedthrough a multi-stage filtration system whichremoves particulates, reduces oil contamination to <0.003 parts per million and also removes hydrocarbon vapours and odours.Air quality from the unit meets the criteria laiddown on BS4275:1997 and BS EN 12021:1999.Mounted within a robust tubular steel framewith four lifting points, the BA7E is designed towithstand rugged site use. An hours-run meteris fitted to indicate routine service intervalswhen oil and filter changes are required. The unit also features a lockable bin for storingitems such as masks and hoses.
