Versatility
Continuous motion ( optional also intermittend motion) machine, specially designed for cartoning of uneven, unstable products or of difficult opération as well as for small batch production with fréquent format change. For many products automatic product loading can be offered, including robot load. Product loading area can be extended according to opérations required.

Control technology
The Vertopac-VP120 is controlled by commercial PLC make AllenBraley, and graphie operator interface (HMI) which allows program sélection, parameter setup and provides messages for the operator. Optional it can be provided with Siemens PLC and operator panel. Process control Systems such as bar code reader, hotmelt detector, product détection, laser or inkjet markîng are available.

Application range
Ail kind of closing Systems available suchas tuck-in (straight/reverse), glue, combinations of glue and tuck-in, safety closure. Also 5 panel cartons can be handled by the VP 120 Automatic transfer and feeding Systems for bottles, vials, tubes, bags, and other products are available. Spécial designed transfer are supplied on demand.

The machine is designed to provide highest efficiency, lowest change-over and set-up time and minimal maintenance needs. No format parts are required for normal cartons.
