The F-Tool watch maker wire tool set is the right support, when flat plates or subtle stamps have to be clamped fast and accurate in the EDM wire cutting machine. Assembling - The watch maker wire tool set can be clamped fast and comfortable into the F-Tool basic rulers on the table. - Z-Support lies crash-free +2mm over Z-zero. - In combination with two clamping sets you can as well clamp larger plates in the working area range. Technical data - Rust resistant, hardened, precision ground stainless steel - External dimension: 120 x 120 x 12 mm - Clamping dimension: 60 x 60 mm - Opening for work pieces with diameters from 5 to 16 mm - Opening for stamp sizes up to 30 x 15 mm - 4 small brackets: 22 x 13 x 4 mm - Max. work piece size: approx. 80 x 80 x 1-20 mm Delivered in case with screws and keys Flat work pieces can be clamped on the Z-lip, 2 mm over Z-0, fast and absolutely collision-free. The flat brackets enable a narrow infeed of the wire guides. Subtle stamps or small work pieces can be clamped in the intended bag on Z-0. Diameters of 5 - 16 mm can be clamped precisely on Z-0 into the prism.

Miscellaneous table sizes and beam lengths can be bridged by movement on the side. In the single application you can add a FT 01906 Z-0 base plate to the supporting plate and use it as a clamping plate.
