Flexible ECM system for removal of micro-burr and surface polishing The distinctive COOLPULSE® Series offers fast and reliable removal of micro-burrs and recast stress risers on the inside and outside of metal components, particularly small, delicate workpieces, while producing brilliant surface finishing and superior cleanliness results. The COOLPULSE system features all the functions necessary for process-controlled machining in a compact design that fits easily into production environments. Highly flexible, the COOLPULSE system can be used either for immersion operation or processing by means of a fixture while enabling quick changeovers from one operation mode to the other.
