MODEL 860-5 SINGLe ACTING Model 860-5 Single Acting Meter/Mix & Dispense System features disposable no-purge Static Mixing Designed primarily for small production applications, the Model 860-5 is well suited to the handling of most plural component materials. Fed either by pumps or pressurized reservoirs, the 860-5 can deliver up to 9.8 uid ounces (290 cc’s) per stroke from its honed metering cylinders. A full range of control options is available, from a simple foot switch control to fully automatic, Digital Preset Shot Control with Linear Encoder. Mixing takes place through disposable static mixers, thus eliminating the need for costly solvents. For those applications in which hand mixing is the present method, the Model 860-5 provides an affordable alternative with the added benets of improved production rates and precise ratio control.
