Depending on mould design and application requirements HPS III-NVI or HPS III-NVE nozzles can be used.

Detailed information on the use of valve gate nozzles in large system applications are available in our brochure “Hotrunner systems for large parts” 9 For the production of large parts EWIKONoffers valve gate systems as pre- assembled drop-in hotrunner modules. These large systems are designed and manufactured according to the customers’ specific requirements. Construction takes place on modern 3D-CAD systems. On request complete moldflow analysis and pressure drop calculations can be provided as well. The modules include complete electrical wiring as well as all devices for water cooling and the components for pneuma- tic or hydraulic operation of the needles.
