Heating and material compatibility Standard installation Front installation The HPS III-S3 nozzle features precision-machined cutouts in the melt bearing pressure tube in which a very compact coil heater as well as a thermocouple is integrated. The design enables a very stable heating with minimized loss resulting in an even temperature profile along the whole length of the nozzle and an improved heat input in the gate area. The constantly high and reproducible heating power is a particular advantage in multi-cavity applications where the process reliability is considerably improved...
