ManMachine More than safety. Handbediengerät HBM – mehr Platz, mehr Möglichkeiten EUCHNER Handbediengeräte stehen für Ergonomie und Modularität. Ihre Funktionsvielfalt machen sie für den Einsatz an allen Maschinen interessant, da mit ihnen wichtige Maschinenfunktionen dezentral gesteuert werden können. Für den Nutzer hat das den großen Vorteil, dass er an Bewegungsfreiheit gewinnt und somit die ablaufenden Prozesse besser überwachen und steuern kann. Mit dem neuen HBM wurde ein Handbediengerät entwickelt, in dem mehr Platz für Komponenten zur Verfügung steht – und mehr Platz bedeutet mehr Funktionalität und höhere Flexibilität. Durch den Bauraum gewinnt der Nutzer an zusätzlicher Flexibilität in der Auswahl der gewünschten Komponenten. Zudem wurde beim HBM der Zustimmtaster vertieft in das Handbediengerät integriert, wodurch er an Manipulationssicherheit gewinnt. Zwei Magnete an der Rückseite machen das HBM besonders verdrehsicher. Der Aufbau des HBM ist modular und die Komponenten werden den Kundenanforderungen entsprechend flexibel zusammengestellt. Zusätzlich zu diesen maßgeschneiderten Geräten werden Bausätze angeboten, die auch bei Einzelbestellung Ihnen die Möglichkeit bieten, ein Handbediengerät entsprechend Ihrer Anforderungen selbst in einem bedienerfreundlichen Gehäuse aufzubauen. Selbstverständlich sind die Zubehör-Teile des HBA-Bausatz wie Leitungen und Schalter dabei kompatibel zum HBM-Bausatz. Ihre Vorteile

More space for functionality EUCHNER hand-held pendant stations stand for ergonomics and modularity. Their functional diversity makes them interesting for use on all machines, because they can decentrally control all important machine functions. This offers the user the great advantage of more mobility, thereby allowing better monitoring and control of running processes. With the new HBM, a hand-held pendant station was developed offering more space for components – and more space provides more functionality and greater flexibility. The extra space allows all elementary and safety-related functions to be integrated without difficulty. The user thus benefits from additional flexibility in the selection of the desired components. Furthermore, the enabling switch on the HBM is now integrated recessed into the hand-held pendant station to increasing the resistance to tampering. Two magnets on the rear makes the HBM particularly resistant against rotation. The HBM is modular in design and the components are flexibly combined to suit customer requirements. In addition to these tailored devices, kits are available to permit a customer-specific combination of components even for individual orders. They allow you to assemble a hand-held pendant station in a user-friendly housing according to your requirements. Moreover, the additional space in the housing makes building a custom HBM simpler than ever.
