REPEAT ACCURACY
Repeat accuracy refers to the deterioration in runout, which occurs when ETP HYDRO-GRIP with cutting tool supplier is moved from the grinding machine arbor to the moulding machine spindle. This deterioration is within 0.002 mm (0.00008"). The same repeatability occurs when loosing and clamping a routerbit in the hydraulic professional chuck.
When using ETP HYDRO-GRIP you will transfer the accuracy achieved on the professional grinder too.

POWER TRANSMITTED
The tables indicate guidelines for the power in kW (hp) which can be transmitted.
With type A and AI the tool must always be secured to the flange. The screws have the same function as the ring nut in type B and BI.

Look up the transmitted power in the table, to the right, 2.3. Multiply the contact length 22 mm (7/8") by 2.3 and you see that the transmitted power is approx. 50 kW (68 hp).
SCREWS IN THE RING NUT
(Type B, BI, BL and BIL)
Very lightly tighten the knurled ring nut so the tools are in contact with each other. By tightening the three screws in the nut the tools are securely and accurately fixed in position. This is important in order to retain good concentricity during transfer from the grinder to the spindle of the moulder.
