| | | By using Al203 foam ceramic filters we can improve significantly the quality of aluminum casts. By filtering molten metals we eliminate small oxide inclusions, and impurities from furnace, which cause cracks and gas holes on the surface of a product. Foam ceramic filters are temperature resistant up to 1150°C and do not react with aggressive molten metals. Flow of molten metal is determined by the size of pores and dimension of filters. We regularly manufacture filters with porosity of PPI10 to PPI40 and various dimensions and shapes, according to customer demands. | | |
| | | Z uporabo penjenih keramicnih filtrov na osnovi Al203 lahko mocno izboljsamo kvaliteto ulitkov iz raztaljenega aluminija. S filtriranjem taline odstranimo ze majhne vkljucke oksidov, ostanke zlindre in necistoce iz talune peci, kateri povzrocijo razpoke in plinske luknjice na povrsini izdelka. Penjeni keramicni filtri so temperaturno odporni do 1150°C in ne reagirajo z agresivnimi talinami. Propustnost taline je dolocena z velikostjo por in dimenzijo fìltrov. Redno izdelujemo Altre z poroznostjo PPI10 do PPI40 ter najrazlicnejsih dimenzij in oblik, po zahtevah kupcev. | | |
| | | Mit Anwendung der keramischen Schaumfilter, die aufAI203 basieren, kann die Qualität der Gußstücke aus dem schmelzfiüssigen Aluminium sehr verbessert werden. Mit der Filtration der Schmelze werden schon sehr kleine Oxideinschlusskörperchen, Schlackereste und Verunreinigung aus dem Schmelzofen, die Risse und Gaslöcher auf der Oberfläche des Produktes verursachen, entfernt. Die keramischen Schaum filter sind bis 1150°C temperaturbeständig und reagieren nicht mit aggressiven Schmelzen. Die Durchlässigkeit der Schmelze ist mit Porengröße und Filterdimensionen festgelegt. Bei uns werden regelmäßig Filter mit Porosität PPI10 bis PPI40 in verschiedenen Dimensionen und Formen sowie nach Kundenanforderungen angefertigt. | | |
