Advanced Input Systems’ Full-Travel Seriesis perfectly suited for high-speed, frequent typing, data entry applications and is available in three technologies: truncated, single station, and notebook. Each can be enhanced with a wide range of optional features.

OVERVIEW Advanced Input Systems’ Full-Travel (2-3mm)keyboards are optimized for maximum life and efficiency. Low in profile and ergonomi- cally designed for quick response, high-speed data entry and complete performance, the Full-Travel keyboard series is constructed with heavy-duty switch technologies for longer life.

Products feature a conductive elastomer, single switch in a full-travel mechanism.2) TruncatedFull-Travel Truncated models feature single-piece, elastomer switch mat technology with breakover tactile feel. Because the individual switch bearings are molded into a single part, 80% fewer parts are required for assembly. This contributes to signifi- cantly lower cost than competing technologies.3) NotebookUsing Advanced Input Systems’ Full-Travel Notebook platform as a basis for developing a project, the customer has an ergonomically friendly, standard QWERTY keyboard with a variety of customizable options.
