Dashboards

A variety of sub-windows within Outlook known as Dashboards allow you to view and update the administrative data you work with the most.All dashboards include a user-friendly design tool for determining which windows to display, and in what order. Within each window users can drill down to the lowest level of data and activate Priority forms. External Internet sites can also be added to each user’s personal Dashboards. The system contains Dashboards suited to specific topics or for employees with specific positions: Executives: Sales analysis, cash flow, profit and loss, aging, sales opportunities, sales orders, purchase orders, service calls. In each window you can alternate between different graphic configurations of the data (i.e., a curve, graph, pie or report) and direct the range of data under review. Projects: Profitability analysis, human resource management, milestone tracking, details of a specific project.
