| En la industria del cartón, existen tres tipos de plantas diferentes: Plantas de láminas - Dónde se fabrican las planchas de corrugado, se cortan en láminas y posteriormente se venden a las plantas de cajas de pequeño formato. Cajas de cartón corrugado -Plantas dónde las cajas de cartón corrugado, se imprimen y se cortan en diferentes tamaños y formas. Cajas de pequeño formato -Dónde se imprimen las cajas má pequeñas de cartón (no corrugado). Aquí veremos algunos de los procesos donde nuestras bandas están funcionando con gran éxito. PROCESO DE IMPRESIÓN Antes del proceso de plegado, se realiza la impresión de las planchas de cartón, según las especificaciones del consumidor final (colores, diseños, logotipos, direcciones, etc.). Si la tinta no está suficientemente seca, puede manchar las bandas, creando una película sobre la cobertura de la banda que hace que las planchas de cartón patinen. Nuestra ÁSTER 33QFy ÁSTER 24QF, con grabado longitudinal, garantiza la perfecta adherencia de la banda, evitando la formación de dicha película. Así mismo, ofrece la posibilidad de realizar taladros y admite la colocación de grapa oculta. Con la ÁSTER 33QFy 24QF se mejora la producción, superior a 6000 cajas/hora, ya que permite velocidades de hasta 250m/m. PLEGADO Y ENCOLADO DE LAS CAJAS La plancha de cartón es transportada en "sandwich" mediante bandas o banda y correa plana. Esta última de nuestra gama Toptrans ЕЕ (doble cobertura de elastómero y acabado ligeramente grabado, en espesores variables entre Зуб mm dependiendo de la máquina). Una de las más frecuentes suele ser nuestra ЕЕ 1416. En cuanto a las bandas, nuestras BREDA 23CFy BREDA 33CF, de 3 mm de cobertura, han sido especialmente diseñadas para esta función por su excelente adherencia (evita desalineación del cartón), y su gran resistencia a la abrasión. Así mismo recomendamos nuestras bandas de alto rendimiento, serie HIPRO o nuestras bandas con grabado longitudinal ÁSTER 33QF o ÁSTER 24QF en algunos casos con agujeros de succión para el arrastre y apilado de las cajas ya plegadas. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| At the carton industry we can find three different plants: Sheet plants - Where the board, corrugated and fiber (small box) is made and cut into sheet form to be sold to box plants. Corrugated Box - Plants where the corrugated box is printed and cut to size/shape Small Box - Where smaller boxes (not corrugated) are printed, cut to size/shape. Here are some of the processes in which our belts are working very successfully. PRINTING SECTION Before folding, the cardboard is printed according the end-users' specifications (colours, design, logos, addresses). If the ink is not dried thoroughly, it may stain the belts, creating a film that causes the cardboard sheets to slide. Our ASTER 33QF and ASTER 24QF with longitudinal pattern prevents the formation of the said film and guarantees a perfect grip between the cardboard to the belt. This belt also offers the possibility for holes to be drilled and the hidden fasteners to be placed. With the Aster 33QF and 24QF, the production could be improved to more than 6000boxes/hour, as it permits speeds up to 250m/min. BOX FOLDING & GLUING The carton sheet is ' 'sandwiched'' between conveyor or flat transmission belts. Our EE series of flat transmission belts Toptrans (double cover of elastomer with a slight pattern, with thickness varying between 3 and 6mm depending on the machine) is commonly used here, one of the more popular being EE14/6. As for the conveyor belts, our BREDA 23CF and BREDA 33CF with 3mm topcover thickness, have been specially designed for this application due to their excellent grip (which prevents sliding of the carton) and good abrasion resistance. Likewise, we recommend our high productivity belts HIPRO series, or our belts with longitudinal pattern ASTER 33QF and ASTER 24QF, sometimes with vacuum holes for holding and pulling the folded box. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
