XA00126020 Applications MXH™ 300/400w PP Electric Push-Pull welding guns Content of delivery and connections to various feed units The MXH™ 300/400w PP electric Push-Pull welding guns comes available with 6.0 or 10.0 m cable length. The delivery includes a wire feed system capable of handling wires 0.8-1.2 diameter (MXH™ 300 PP) and 0.8-1.6 diameter (MXH™ 400w PP). The guns are equipped with a potentiometer for wire feed speed adjustment and a start/stop switch. Spring loaded contact pins are used in the central connector to ensure good and reliable operation of the start/stop signal. The standard delivery is completed by Polyamide liner, feed roll, and contact tip for 1.2 mm wire dimension. MXH™ 300/400w PP is supplied as standard with a straight neck. A 45 degrees swan neck is available as an option. The 45 degree neck permits 360 degrees rotation to fit various welding positions. MXH™ 300/400w PP are ideal for feeding aluminium and other small diameter or soft wires up to 10.0 m from the main wire feed unit. MXH™ 300/400w PP are powered by either Origo™ Feed, Aristo™ Feed, Origo™ Mig C340 or Origo™ Mig C420. Aristo™ Feed and Origo™ Feed MA23/23A: The CANbus operated Aristo™ Feed and Origo™ Feed MA23/23A require a connection kit or a combined connection and wire feed control kit assembled to the feed unit. (See accessory list) Origo™ Feed M12, M13: Origo™ Feed M12 and M13 are equipped with the standard 23-pole Burndy socket for direct connection of MXH™ 300/400w PP. Origo™ Mig C340: For connection to Origo™ Mig C340, please equip the power source with the connection kit. (See accessory list) Origo™ Mig C420: For connection to Origo™ Mig C420, please equip the power source with the connection kit. (See accessory list) Operation MXH™ 300/400w PP is powered by Origo™ Feed, Aristo™ Feed, Origo™ Mig C340 or Origo™ Mig C420 and the cooperation between the front feeder (pull) and the main feeder (push) is controlled by the PCB of the main feeder. The motor and gear ratios of both the MXH™ PP guns and the push feeder have been optimised to ensure an accurate Push-Pull feeding system. Start performances and a quick response to any changes in wire feed speed are other important parameters which MXH™ 300/400w PP systems are capable to control accuratley.
