• Arc voltage feeder for use with DC, CC or CV power sources • Operates with reverse polarity (wire DC+) or straight polarity (wire DC-) • Designed for use with 200 mm (8”) or 300 mm (12”) wire spools. A compact and highly portable unit • Totally enclosed, super impact-resistant case protects welding wire from dirt, metal grit, moisture and other contaminants • Built to withstand harsh environments such as construction sites, pipe lines, shipyards, offshore, general fabrication and mobile welding rigs • Metal reinforced, flame retardant, moulded composite plastic case will withstand the extreme abuse often encountered in a typical industrial welding environment such as hot slag, grinding sparks, corrosive chemicals and general heavy handling. MobileFeed also has a four roll drive unit with tacho feed back for superior wire feeding • Permanent magnet drive motor with PWM drive, the solid state control provides powerful, dependable wire feeding and controlled wire acceleration for smooth arc starts • Electronic Dynamic Braking • Automatic slow wire run-in for improved arc starts • Safety features include insulated case, low voltage torch trigger circuit and overload protection • Secondary contactor for increased operator safety • The feeder is available with Ø30 mm feed rolls for all type of wires up to Ø1.6 mm. With safety in mind Designed to meet the most rigid safety standard IEC 60974-5 (113 V dc peak) operations and overload protection to help eliminate breakdowns. Protected controls The controls are located on a recessed front panel to protect the potentiometer and switch. Easy service and maintenance The feeder mechanism is easy to access and all wear parts can be exchanged with relative ease.
