The digitally controlled feed units perform accurate speed control with the aid of a pulse encoder on speeds rangning from 0.8 to 25.0 m/min. The 4-roll feed mechanism with grooves in both feed and press-ure rolls give stable feeding and low wear of the wire, all of which help to ensure reliable wire feeding. Aristo™ RoboFeed 3004w is available with Ø30 mm rollers for wires up to Ø1.6 mm. Aristo™ FeedMech 4804w is available with Ø48 mm rollers for wires up to Ø2.4 mm. Flexibility Aristo™ RoboFeed 3004w is a completely enclosed feeding unit which includes the drive control system and the operational functions for gas purge and wire inching, forward and reverse. Aristo™ FeedMech 4804w is a separate and enclosed feeding unit which includes operational functions for gas purge and wire inching, forward and reverse. The feeding unit is powered by the control unit Aristo™ FeedControl. The two units are connected by a 2 m cable & hose kit. (Other lengths avaliable on request) The separate solution offers a low weight feed unit with a very high feeding capacity from the excellent twin motor feeding system. The units are equipped with mounting bolts with rubber absorbers to protect the components from the high acceleration and deceleration forces of the robot. Aristo™ U82 - The ultimate man-machine communicator for advanced applications. It is the standard operational pendant for Aristo™ robot packages, consisting of Aristo™ Mig power sources, Aristo™ RoboFeed or FeedMech feed units, interconnection cables, wire conduits and the mechanised torch, PSF 315M. With safety in mind Designed to meet the most rigid safety standard IEC 60974-5 with low voltage (42 V/AC) operations and overload protection circuit to eliminate breakdowns. Easy service and maintenance The feeder mechanism is easy to access and all wear parts can be exchanged without tools. One single pressure device makes it easy to adjust the appropriate feeding pressure. All electronic components are protected in a separate compartment.
