The monobloc design is very helpful when it comes to instal-ling the Robot. The EROWA Robot Compact can also be quickly retrofi tted to existing machines. If the machine does not have an automatic door, we‘ll gladly help out with the RoboDoor.A mere 2m² provides suffi cient space for 160 electrodes or small workpieces. Thanks to its symmetricaldesign, the Robot can be positi-oned either to the left or to the right of the machine.Rack magazines are loaded from the outside. The rack magazine accommodates varying number of holders 50 and 72, pallets 115 and 148, as well as PalletSet W pallets.The facility moves pallets of up to30 kg to and from the machine. Depending on the situation, the transfer unit swivels to the left, to the right or in both directions. Ideally, the Robot is positioned fl ush with the machine door. The transfer axis has a range of 1200mm. In this way, obstacles such as chip conveyors and dielectric containers can be overcome quite elegantly. 2
