ERNI systems technology
Building to expand: ERNI systems technologysets the trend
ERNI’s systems technology department is taking upmore and more space. A further 3,000 m
2 has beenadded with the expansion of the production and
administration center in Ziegelhau, near Adelberg,
Germany. That means we have space for even bigger
ideas. Having invested several million euros in system
technology, we have boosted our expertise (some
would call it a competitive edge) in the production of standardized or customized backplanes and subsystems. We will be able to respond faster and
even more flexibly to customer requirements and offer
more capacity for small and large volumes.
There are five good reasons why our system technology department has seen such growth:
Firstly, we consistently configure connector design
for automatic assembly. Secondly, we open up new
market areas with SMT-compatible new products
such as MiniBridge, MicroSpeed Power Module and the M8/M12 connectors. Thirdly, we develop our
one-stop product range for standard platforms too.
Fourthly, we offer a unique combination of know-how
and technology for manual and automatic assembly.
Fifthly – and most importantly – reasons one to four correspond to the requests from many of our
customers for us to concentrate even more on design and development and to entrust production to a partner. Provided, of course, that the partner is
as good as ERNI.
