I/O Connectors IEC 807-3SMT, THR, pressfit, solder3W3, 5W5, 8W8, 3WK3, 7W2 IEC 807-3IDC9, 15, 25, 37 IEC 807-3IDC9, 15, 25, 37 IEC 807-3Crimp9, 15, 25, 37, 50 ERNI offers vertical or right angle high-current D-Sub versions with pressfit or solder terminals. The various housingsizes accommodate differentnumbers of pins. Types: 3W3, 5W5, 8W8, 3WK3, 7W2.The max. current carrying capacity is 40 A. ERNI offers male and femaleconnectors for use with AWG 26 and AWG 28 ribbon cables. The cables are standard cables with a pitch of 1.27 mm.The connectors are also suitable for round-flat cables.Those are specially designedfor applications with ERNI's KSG 200 housing which provides high cable retentionforces. These connectors were developed for fast and easy connection of single wires using IDC contacts. The connectors are availableas 9-pin to 37-pin male or female connectors. The crimptool allows assembly to be performed at high speed and allows selective assignment ofindividual contacts. Crimp contacts from ERNI areavailable in bulk or on reels. Different pliers as well as a complete machine can be delivered for proper crimpingthe contacts. Further there are also emty crimp housingsavailable which can be loadedwith the crimp contacts. The connector meets the requirements for use with theKSG 200 cable housing. There are also empty connector housings for high current andcoax contacts available fromERNI.
