Let us introduce to you a new product in our production program – plastic loading ledge which was created to improve the unitization of goods by providing a low cost, lightweight, unit load base. The plastic-edge is produced in 5 types (dimensions): HP95-991 clearance height 95 mm, length 991 mm (364 pc in unit load) HP85-991 clearance height 85 mm, length 991 mm (382 pc in unit load) HP95-760 clearance height 95 mm, length 760 mm (232 pc in unit load) HP85-760 clearance height 85 mm, length 760 mm (260 pc in unit load) LP45-760 clearance height 45 mm, length 760 mm (292 pc in unit load) The ledge is made of strong, light and durable polypropylene which is easily recyclable. The greatest advance of this ledge is a full substitution of wooden pallets at the most of loading units, low weight, low purchase costs, recyclability and disposability. It can make easier handling of goods, decrease packaging costs, spare storage place also transport costs. Using of one couple of edge you can reach maximum load 3,8 t for a unit load (warehouse stacking) and 1,3 t during transport.
