P-1000 is an automateddish-filling system thatproduces high qualityagar plates at low cost. In only 20”(52 cm) of bench space, this self-stacking automated dish filler poursup to 900 plates per hour, or 320plates per carousel. Without opera-tor intervention, the PourMaticaseptically dispenses agar into 100or 60 mm Petri dishes and stacksthe sterile plates in a carousel forcooling. Coupled with theAgarMatic media sterilizer, diag-nostic plates can now be produced automatically whenever needed, eliminating large inventories of refrigerated plates. Because the PourMatic has a seventeen-yearrecord of dependable operation, it has become a standard in clinical and Q.C. laboratories throughout the world. With a variety of tecno- logically advanced features the MP-1000 ensures a high degree of reliability under continuous opera- tion year after year after year. FEATURES AND BENEFITS

Tubing loads in seconds withcam-action pump lever. In-house automated system pours and stacks 320 plates in about 20 minutes (900 plates/hr). Dispense volumes from 5 mL to 40 mL per plate. Dish filling operation is virtually unattended; audible signal indi- cates end of process. Optical sensing of dish position improves reliability and reduces maintenance.
