Flow Measurement - 4726 Deltatop / Deltaset

The Deltatop/Deltaset concept provides customers with an optimum solution tailored to application speci cations and process data. This measuring system is available with a wide choice of special process connections made of many different materials. The meters can even be used without dif culty in concrete or glass pipes. Integrated temperature sensors are also part of the range of Endress+Hauser products.Either the compact version (Deltatop) or the remote version (Deltaset) can be installed, depending on the accessibility of the measuring point and on process temperature or pressure.

Every Deltatop owmeter is completely assembled with a primary element, manifold, condensate chamber (for steam) and the Deltabar S transmitter – ready for commissioning:

DPO 10 The sensors are ori ce plates (DPO) or Pitot tubes (DPP), available in different designs and with a choice of process connections. Accuracy: typically ±1 to 3% o.r.
• Ori ce with corner tapping (to DIN 19205, Design B) • DN 50 to 1000 Deltaset (remote version) Impulse lines (installed by customer) connect the primary element and the remotely installed transmitter. Deltaset is a modular ow measuring point consisting of a primary element, shut-off valves, condensate chambers (for steam) and the Deltabar S transmitter with the manifold. Deltaset is factory- con gured and supplied fully pre-assembled.
