Increase process throughput with high-speed, accurate and reliable color mark detection. The CMYX™ combines small spot size and fast response to achieve high-speed mark detection capable of delecting standard one-track PHARMA-CODE (0.5mm thin bar width) al 2000Wmin. The CMYX™ is perfect for printing or packaging applications that require the ability to differentiate between background and color marks during high-speed operation. Whether you need lo verify color mark presence or measure the position of the print-to-cut triangle, the CMYX™ provides the accuracy and precision for reliable process control. The sensor uses a modulated white light source optimized to detect all colors, including difficult to detect 20% yellow marks on white background. The small spot size provides the high-resolution necessary to achieve accurate timing and position measurements. The discrete output provides the high-speed interface to external controls.

Marks are automatically detected when the deviation from the background exceeds a pre-determined level. Two seven-segment displays provide a visual representation of the relative intensity from 00 to 99. The calibration feature and 3 LEO intensity settings provide for flexible operation over a wide range of conditions. Two keys are provided for making adjustments and changing sensor settings for optimum operation.
