The Intelligent, Decentralized Controller type IDC32 is a digital and uC-based controller with analog and digital inputs and outputs. An analog output is directly suited to the control of the servo valves. A digital sensor input is designed as SSI and/or Start/Stop interface. As standard one CANopen-Bus is available, and a further bus connection can be an optional extra. By this IDC32 1(2) servo axis can be controlled. The application software is established by the graphical pro­gramming surface EMG_CAD/32.
Design
The motherboard carries all electronic components, the internal connectors for the inputs/outputs, the power supply, Bus-connections and programming interface and is fixed inside an aluminium box. The outside directed electrical connections can be made by cable glands and/or circular connectors. The metal box can be fixed on a flat surface by 4 fastening screws (M4 x 15).
