How the MAGFLO® Measures Flow
The electromagnetic owmeter employs Faraday's Law to measure the
owrate of conductive liquids. When a conductor moves through a mag-netic eld a small voltage is generated. The voltage generated is directly proportional to the owrate through the meter, and is independent of temperature, viscosity, or pressure.
