The TE 100 is a manual heatsealer destined for small series. Robust, reliable, it is a good alternative for companies which want to valorise their products by heatsealing without investing in an expensive machine. The TME 150 is a pneumatic manual heatsealer. Temperature, time and pressure of sealing are adjustable. It is destined for companies which want to obtain constant sealing without seeking for productivity. Laboratories, R & D department … The TCE 160 is a semi-automatic heatsealer : it takes the pre-cut foils in the loader, centers it and seals it on the packaging the operator would have put at the stop.. The three operations are made on a single post for a perfect precision. An easy-to-use and very polyvalent machine, designed for companies having several jars sizes (diameter from 28 mm to 98 mm) and permitting a reproducible sealing for industrial production. Sealer by conduction or induction, that also exists in module for integration. The heatsealers of the range 180 are entirely automatic machines. They can function independently or can be adapted at a pre-existing packaging line. Equipped with one or two sealing heads, their rates are from 25 to 50 times / minute. The distribution of the packaging to seal is carried out either by a rotative plate or by an indexed conveyor, in function of the packaging size. These machines can be equipped with an optional dosing post and are compatible conduction and induction.
