- Rubber hoses are placed on trays in their final formed configuration -Eleven motorized chain conveyors (1) to carry the trays through the oven
- Two rotating tables (2) allowing transfers between conveyors
- Two cooling tunnels (3) with four exhaust blowers
- One three-zone heating tunnel (4), maximum temperature of 480°F available - uniformity +/- 10°F - thanks to three recirculation blowers and three gas burners
- Overall dimensions : 67' x 32' x 11.5'

2- Varnish curina oven for rubber profiles :
Description of the equipment:
The rubber profile pass through the oven at a speed rate of 50 to 75 ft/min -Varnish is cured by Infrared modules (1) Product temperature is 100°F at the entrance of the oven and reach 375°F at the exit Oven is entirely covered by hoods (2) activated by air cylinders -Exhaust system (3) for evacuation of VOC comprising ducts and two blowers Length of the oven : 46 '
