Design of custom industrial oven Our product range: the conveyor oven Description • Oven with a crossing conveyor • Continuous oven that can be integrated on an automated production line Technical data • Temperature: up to 600°C (1100°F), adjustable • Heat source: electrical coils, gas, IR, microwaves, high-frequency-waves, water and oil batteries • Loading: by operator, robot, or connected to the upstream and downstream conveyors ; loading and unloading on opposite sides or same side • Kind of conveyor : band (PTFE, metallic, stainless steel, fiberglass), chain (power, free), belt (round, flat), motorised rolls or with specific product holders • Products transferred alone, on racks or on pallets Optional features • Division in compartments of various temperatures • Cooling: natural or forced convection, with room temperature air or cool air (use of cooling unit or cool water chiller) • Management of solvent emissions : cracking, gathering • Control and recording of operating data: air temperature, humidity, pressure • Heat exchanger
