Our MFS series cooling and process water sand filters are designed to improve the efficiencies and extend the life of water cooled HVAC systems. Our filters provide a proven method for removing suspended solids in recirculating water systems. MFS filters enhance all treatment programs by reducing maintenance and downtime. Quality Materials Ensure System Longevity The MFS series includes a carbon steel vessel and steel piping with epoxy coated interior and polyurethane enamel exterior to ensure system durability. A Type 304 stainless steel underdrain within the vessel minimizes maintenance requirements. Integrated Filtration System The MFS series features a complete skid including a filte r vessel, system matched pump, piping, valves, automatic controls and media. As a result, installation and startup are simple and efficient. Superior Particle Removal Silica sand media is utilized to achieve efficient particle removal down to 10 microns or lower. The media is designed for consistent performance and the automatic backwash feature can utilize either process or city water. Alternate media materials are also available. Factory Direct Pricing MFS filters are sold factory direct to water treatment professionals to provide the most competitive pricing available. Custom Options MFS filters can be customized with a variety of options which will meet any specification, including ASME coded vessels.
