C ooling and Process Water Centrifugal Separators

Our CS Series Centrifugal Separators are designed to economically improve the efficiencies and extend the life of water cooled HVAC systems. The system uses centrifugal force to separate suspended particles from water by forcing concentrated particles along the separator wall to the collection chamber, while the clean fluid is directed toward the separator outlet. Particles in the collection chamber are periodically purged or continuously bled from the separator, depending on the application. Including our separator in your process and cooling systems will facilitate energy and water savings, enabling you to achieve today’s Cleantech standards. Effective Particulate Removal The CS Series separator will remove 98% of particles greater than 40 microns and with a specific gravity of 1.8 or greater. Removal of particles as small as 5 microns is possible for more dense materials. Separation System Features The CS series can be supplied as a standalone centrifugal separator or with optional features such as automatic purge, solids collection, or a complete skid mounted system. Custom Options CS series separators can be customized with a variety of options which will meet any specification, including special alloys, coatings or ASME construction.
