ILS Brochure - 11737 Shafting to use

ELS: Because axis 2 has reached its maximum speed, the cutting cycle (phase 2) cannot be shortened. ILS: The master velocity increases in phases 1 and 3, while phase 2 stays the same. This cuts the cycle time from 360 ms to 300 ms.

Optimization achieved: Leveraging ILS, overall cycle time was reduced by 16 % – with the same time allocated for cutting!
