Euromicron AG
ELABO was founded in 1972. From thebeginning the company specialized in thefields of electrical engineering and elec-
tronics, however, included early in thesales program the equipment to furnish
labs and
professional workshops in industry and lec-ture rooms from the same range of fit-tings. The engineering of complex
industrial test systems and the special mechanical engi-neering were started at the beginning of
the eighties. The experiences from fur-nishing technical labs and workshops led
1992 to the design of the Open-Space-System InForm. Elabo employed in 1980about 40 employees, 1990 100, and today
there are 200 employees working forElabo. The growth is based on economic
solidity; for over 25 years the companyhas recorded positive business results.
ELABO belongs to the Euromicron consor-tium since 1995.The euromicron AG with headquarters inFrankfurt is a high-growth and profitablegroup of companies with a market-driven
product portfolio with an excellent positionon the German and international market.As a leading manufacturer of and systemsupplier for network and optical fibre tech-nology, euromicron is listed in the General
Standard sector of the German StockExchange. euromicron is a technology enterprisewith 11 direct subsidiaries. euromicroncurrently employs around 700 persons
