High Accuracies and Low Maintenance Costs
Eilersen Electric has over the last decades delivered a significant number of checkweighers and belt scale systems with the majority certified to OIML R51.
The Eilersen checkweighers are characterized by their robustness and low maintenance require­ments and the modular drive units can be changed with minimal down-time.
Due to the modular design, the checkweighers can be customized to specific customer specifications but the standard range of checkweighers consists of 3 products:
The checkweigher CCW-03 with weighing capacities from 100 grams to 2 kilograms and with processing capacities of up to 180 items per minute.
The checkweigher CW with weighing capacities from 100 grams to 10 kilograms and with process­ing capacities of up to 240 items per minute.
The belt scale BW-03 with weighing capacities from 1 kilogram to 100 kilograms and with processing capacities of up to 240 items per minute.
