For automatic packing lines EHCOLO are manufacturing the efficient palletisers type PM 800-9, PM 800-12 and PM 800-12HS,for palletising of bags or boxes/cartons of all sizes in all kind of patterns on all sizes of pallets.CAPACITIES:PM 800 - 9, up to 900 units per hour.PM 800 - 12, up to 1300 units per hour. PM 800 - 12HS, up to 1600 units per hour. Capacities based on 5-layer pattern.Based on yearlong experience and development, the PM 800-9 and PM 800-12 are top modern, effective, low cost operationpalletisers, which universality makes it possible to palletise both boxes/cartons and FFS, open-mouth and valved bags on the same basic machine.PM 800 is executed as a ready-made unit and standard with built-in pallet magazine, necessary feeding conveyers and a drivenfull pallet roller conveyor.PM 800 can further be delivered with pallet turning table, gluing equipment, industrial printing equipment, carton-sheet dispenser fromroll or single sheet, slip-sheet dispenser, stretch wrapper, hood stretch machine, built-in automatic strapper, product size control, leak detector etc..All major movements are controlled by frequency converters which again are controlled by the an overall control unit via adigital/anlalog industrial converter. This in connection with encoders on all major items enables soft start/stop operation which gives very long-life operation and also high performance, extremely accuracy and low noise.The PM 800 control has memory for minimum 80 products, communication with operator in his language via a touch screen manufacturer.All programmes are free programmable and changing of product data and parameters are easily done guided by instructions in display.e are also manufacturing many other models as well as industrial robot palletisers, and have and are supplying worldwide. e canalso supply turn-key lines including bagging plant of different types, the suitable palletiser and stretch wrapper or hood stretching plant.
