Ambient Air Monitoring Shelters Air Monitoring Caravan The Ecotech Air Monitoring Caravan is a mobile air conditioned shelter specifically designed for ambient air monitoring applications. The caravan is dual axle and conforms with all safety requirements for use on Australian roads. It features full tandem leaf suspension, four screw stabilised jacks and a coupling suitable for use with a 50mm tow ball. The caravan is air conditioned to maintain the internal temperature at 27 +/- 3º C. The Air Monitoring Caravan features customised wiring, including an electrical distribution board, to power all required monitoring equipment. Specifications Internal Dimensions: 3.2m (L) x 1.95m (W) x 2.0m (H). External Dimensions: 4.9m (L) x 2.3 m (W) x 2.65m (H) w/o roof tread plate. Outside surface: 50 mm insulated panel with 1.2 mm Colourbond® Inside surface: 0.7 mm Colourbond® Roof material: 50 mm insulated panel with 1.2 mm Colourbond® Chassis: Steel box section galvanised steel Construction. Door: Access door is fitted with stainless steel sill and is a heavy duty door. Tyres: Light truck R185 x 14”. Furniture: Features plastic laminated bench tops and drawers which are lockable. Relocatable Monitoring Shelter The Ecotech Relocatable Monitoring Shelter is designed to house a permanent air quality monitoring station. Like its mobile counterpart, the shelter is air conditioned to maintain an internal temperature at 27 +/- 3º C. Although ideal as a fixed installation, this shelter can be easily transported using a crane truck. The Relocatable Monitoring Shelter's spacious interior has sufficient space to accommodate a number of technicians and/or additional specialised equipment.
