Peter H. Ebner (KommR Dipl.-Ing.) Son Peter, born in 1938, soon followed in his father's footsteps - after completing his degree in metallurgy at the University of Leoben in 1961, he joined the family business as a commissioning engineer. Like his father, constant investigation into new and improved technology was of paramount importance: he set up an in-house R & D lab very quickly and earned an important patent for a bright annealing process for copper/zinc alloys in 1972.
