Moeller HPL0214-2005/2006 Application Support frame Mounting units There are six mounting units available, each intended for use with certain devices. The mounting units consist of component supports and the associated covers. Only two different covers, having identical dimensions, (250mm Service distribution boards IVS are designed for power distribution and monitoring of electrical equipment for domestic service installations and for comparable systems such as residential buildings, schools, administration buildings, offices and similar buildings. They are intended for a rated voltage of up to 250V against earth and for a rated current of up to approx. 630 A. Form of delivery CE3-110 component mounting unit Standard range complete enclosures According to your wishes you receive the required accessories fitted to the basic enclosure. •Mounted or fitted parts of the standard range are available at the same price – without a surcharge for assembly costs – as the individual parts from the standard range. •Floor-standing enclosures are supplied on palettes, both in the standard range and in the standard complete enclosure range. As well as facilitating simple transportation using forklift trucks in the workshop, it provides great stability. The service distribution board IVS is supplied with the support frame and insulated surround and insulated support brackets mounted in the sheet steel enclosure. The support frame serves as the connection between the enclosure and the mounting units. The support frame can be lifted out of the enclosure after the insulated covers have been removed and the screws released. The positions at which the insulated supports are fitted to the support frame show the grid spacings for the mounting systems. •The component carriers for the mounting units are mounted, outside the enclosure, at the shown points of the carrier frame. •Easy access speeds up installation time and simplifies the task.•Using a connecting piece the mounting systems and support sections are mounted in a time and effort saving manner. 125 375 125125 250 The fitting area is prepared for the installation of the mounting units. Irrespective of enclosure type the fitting area is defined by the number of mounting units that can be fitted side by side or over each other. The internal subdivision of the fitting area is determined by the uniform dimensions (width = 250 mm and height = 375 mm) of the mounting units. The distance between mounting units with profile bars is 125mm to DIN43880. The continuous grid spacing of adjacent mounting units offers a space saving.
