The E-Z Clip
™ System cuts assembly time by more than 50 percent over conventional hand-crimp systems.The E-Z Clip System makes reliable hose-to-fitting connections with just a simple pliers-type assembly tool. No power source is required. Designed for simplicity and reliability, the E-Z Clip System consists of three key components:
• GH134 flexible multi-refrigerant hose
• Unique, patented E-Z Clip nipple
• Patented E-Z Clip fitting retention system that utilizes a clip and cage combination to simulatethe crimped retention of a traditional socketMany new connections continue to be added to the E-Z Clip product line to meet our customer’sinstallation needs for air conditioning and refrigeration applications.New in 2004, Eaton
® will release size 16 E-Z Clip to support customer requests for improvedperformance for A/C system return line applications.
