| "TAB Step 2" is a latest generation optical measuring instrument designed for installation on spring and metal shaped bar coiling machines. The instrument uses one or more high-resolution digital cameras. The main functions of TAB Step 2 include: • Digital comparator for spring length • Absolute measuring system for spring diameters • Product selection via sorting devices (up to 5-way sorters) | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| The software is capable of measuring and correcting both spring free lenght and spring diameter, by absolute measurement coil by coil: users can set tolerances for each individual coil and, if necessary, they can enable the rejection of any non-conforming piece as well as the correction of the following work pieces.
