E-Switch Full Line Catalog - 13678 The E-Switch Product Warranty.

E-Switch warrants its products to be free from defects in materialsand workmanship under normal use and service and to be in accordance with E-Switch specifications and drawings for a period of one year after date of shipment by E-Switch. Buyers must within this warranty period give E-Switch written notice of any defectclaim and promptly return the product prepaid upon first receivingE-Switch authorization to return. E-Switch will, at its sole discretion, thereafter either repair or replace such product found to be defective herein. This warranty does not include, nor does E-Switch assume responsibility for, defects or damage caused by misuse, abuse, service, repair by others, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is given in lieu of and excluding all other warranties, express orimplied, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The remedies stated herein are exclusive remedies and E-Switch shall not be responsible or liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or further loss of any kind whatsoever. While we provide application assistance on E-Switch products, it is the responsibility of the customer to determine the suitability of the product for the intended use. Dimensions, operating characteristics, specifications, materials, finishes, and component parts are subject to change without notice.

RoHS and WEEE Regulatory ComplianceProcess and Warranty Statement.

E-Switch is compliant with environmental protection initiatives adopted bythe European Union, known in the industry as RoHS and WEEE. E-Switchbelieves it is important to provide our customers and distribution partnerswith switch products that meet the requirements of these environmental regulations. This statement outlines our RoHS and WEEE compliance process and warranty statement. E-Switch part numbers that meet RoHS compliance will receive a packaging label with an attached green sticker indicating RoHS compliance.Distributor inventory: there are many part numbers in the E-Switchproduct line which, to our knowledge, required no material and/or process changes in order to meet RoHS directives and become RoHS compliant at the time of certification testing. However, E-Switch cannot “pre” certify switch products to a date that is prior to a verifiable certification test date as posted on our web site.
