Book Maker

Jota Book Maker consists of two main components: The milling device for the spine preparation. This special treatment opens the grain of the paper so that the glue can penetrate easily. The main advantage of the Jota Book Maker is that it produces perfectly lay-flat books. In other words, pages open completely and allows images and graphics to cross the pages without missing image sections. The newly developed Jota Book Maker is a cold glue binder that is designed especially for small volume production of book blocks 10 x 15 cm (6 x 4 in.) up to 30 x 40 cm (12 x 16 in.). Based on its unique technology, this system offers a very enviromentally friendly manufacturing procedure. The gluing station to mount the book block.
