EFP Abzieher mit flacher Oberfläche eignet sich für das kontrollierte Abziehen und Dosierung von Sondermaterialien, die beim Gleiten proble­matisch sind, ferner die faserartig und schwer zu verpacken sind und/oder geringes spezifisches Gewicht haben.

- Die zylindrische Form wegen der vertikalen Wände verhindert die Bildung von Brücken oder sogenannten "Rattenlöchern", welche im Falle der konischen Schornsteine typische Probleme sind;

- Die Geometrie der Abziehblätter erlaubt die Erzeugung einer gleichmäßigen Fördemenge des Materials beim Auslauf;

- Er ist an jede Art von Installation dank der Möglichkeit zur Bindung an Silos und Schornsteine jeder Art anpassungsfähig. Die große Decke ermöglicht den leichten Einlauf jeder Art zuge führten Materials;

- An den Auslass kann man verschieden Typen von Führungsvorrichtungen (flexible Stahlschnecken, Dosiersysteme, Drehventile) anbringen.

Baustoffe für Tafeln: Rostfreier Stahl AISI 304, Kohlestoffstahl Fe 360 lackiert (auf Wunsch), Rostfreier Stahl AISI 316 L (auf Wunsch)

The flat bottom extractor EFP is suitable for the controlled extraction and the dosing of particular difficult materials as far as fluidity, presence of fila­ments or sticky materials are concerned and also for materials which have a very low specific weight.

- The cylindrical geometry .thanks to the vertical walls, prevents the forming of materials bridges or "mousse holes", typical pro blems of the normal truncated-cone hoppers.

- The geometry of the extraction blades create a very regular exit flow of the material.

- It can be adapted to every type of plant thank to its possibility of connection to different types of silo and hoppers.

- The wide cover allows to receive easily every type of entry feeding.

- To the unloading outlet can be connected several different types of conveying devices (flexible or steel screws, feeders, rotor valves);

Stainless steel AISI 304, carbon steel Fe 360 painted (if required), stainless steel AISI 316 L (if required).

L'estrattore a fondo piano EFP è idoneo per l'estrazione controllata e il dosaggio di materiali particolarmente difficili sotto il profilo della scorrevo­lezza, filamentosi, altamente impaccanti e/o a bassissimo peso specifico.

- La geometria cilindrica, grazie alle pareti verticali, evita la gene razione di ponti o "fori di topo" problematiche tipiche delle nor mali tramogge tronco-coniche;

- Le pale di estrazione hanno una geometria tale da generare in uscita un flusso di materiale molto regolare;

- Si adatta facilmente a qualsiasi tipo di impianto grazie alla possi bilità di essere flangiato a sili o a tramogge di vario genere; L'ampio coperchio consente anche di ricevere facilmente ogni tipo alimentazione in ingresso;

- Alla bocca di scarico possono essere applicate diverse tipologie di convogliatori (coclee in acciaio e flessibili, dosatori, rotovalvole).

Materiali di costruzione pannelli: acciaio inossidabile AISI 304, acciaio al carbonio Fe 360 verniciato (a richiesta), acciaio inossida bile AISI 316 L (a richiesta)

L'extracteur à fond plan EFP est apte pour l'extraction contrôlée et le dosa­ge de matériaux très difficiles, peu fluides, filandreux et très visqueux avec un poids spécifique très bas.

- La géométrie cylindrique, grâce à les parois verticales, évite la formation de ponts de produit ou de trous, problèmes typiques avec les normales trémies tronc - coniques;

- Les pales d'extraction ont une géométrie que permets d'avoir un circulation du produit en sortie très régulier;

- Il s'adapte à tous les différentes types de installations grâce à la possibilité de le fixer aux silos ou aux trémies de toutes sortes. Le grande couvercle permets aussi de recevoir facilement tous les types de alimentation en entrée;

- A la roulotte de décharge on peut attaché différentes types de convoyeurs (vis sans fin en acier et flexibles, doseurs, roto-soupapes).
