The stroboscope consistsof a supply/control unit, in- tegrated in a 19" desktop housing and two separate lamps.The lamps can be operat-ed either separately or parallel for a shadow-freeillumination.The maximum flash fre-quency, divided into 3 ranges, is 4,000/s. When changing the flashranges, the flash energy is adapted to ensure a con- stant performance of thequartz flashtubes.The flash frequency iscontrolled by the video out-put signal of a HIGH-SPEED video camera or by a posi- tive or negative trigger sig- nal with an amplitude of3...24 V.Between trigger signaland flash release, a delay in time of 10...250 µs is infi- nitely adjustable.Additionally, the flash fre-quency can be triggered bymains synchronization with100/s for adjusting the lamps on the object which has to be checked.LEDs secure the safefunction control of the stro- boscope. Power is suppliedfrom mains.
